Add-on pricing

HRM, priced on top of your POS.

HRM is an add-on module, not a separate product. It is charged per location, billed on the cycle you already have, and it needs an active Jewelry POS plan underneath it.

Staff bands

Priced by headcount, per location.

Ten staff records are included. Beyond that, records are added in bands rather than charged one at a time, so a seasonal hire does not change your bill.

Annual figures are the monthly equivalent when billed yearly. Bands are placeholders pending final pricing.

What it comes to

HRM on top of each tier, so there is no arithmetic to do.

Per location, per month, at the ten-staff band. Modules appear on the same invoice as your POS plan.

On Essential, HRM still records hours, rosters and staff files — commission needs the Professional tier underneath it. Compare tiers

Billing questions

Adding, changing and removing HRM.

Anything else, ask us directly.

Can we buy HRM on its own?

No. HRM reads the clock-in events and sales records the POS keeps, so it has nothing to attach to without an active Jewelry POS plan. This is stated at every point of sale for exactly that reason.

Do we pay for HRM at every location?

Yes — it is priced per location, like the POS plan. If you run HRM at two of your three shops, you pay for two.

What happens if we cross a staff band mid-month?

The band change is prorated to your existing cycle and shows on the next invoice. You are not charged for the higher band for the whole month because someone started on the 28th.

Does adding HRM change what our POS plan costs?

No. Modules are priced on their own and never reprice the core plan. Your POS line on the invoice stays exactly as it was.

If we remove HRM, do we lose the staff records?

They stay with your account and your POS is unaffected. Switching HRM back on later picks up where you left off — the hours and commission history are still there.

Is there a trial for HRM specifically?

Module trial arrangements are still being finalised. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where that stands rather than commit to something on a web page.

Get the counter running first. Add HRM when it earns its place.

Nothing about the POS changes when you add a module later, so there is no reason to buy it before you need it.
