HRM
Staff records, shifts, attendance and payroll — built on the people who already clock in and out at your counter.
- Employee records and documents
- Clock in and out at the terminal
- Rosters, absence and hours
- Commission from the sales they made
A module is not a separate app. It attaches to the Jewelry POS you already run — same login, same records, same reporting — and is priced separately so you only pay for what your store actually needs.
Every module lists what it does, what it costs, and which POS plan it needs. No bundles you have to buy around.
Enable it from your account. It appears in the system your staff already use — no second install, no second password.
Modules read the records already in your POS: your staff, your stock, your sales. There is no import step and no duplicate data to keep in sync.
One module today. The pattern is built so the next one arrives without changing anything you already run.
Staff records, shifts, attendance and payroll — built on the people who already clock in and out at your counter.
We would rather not list modules that do not exist yet. When the next one is real it appears here, on the same terms as HRM: separately priced, switched on from your account, using the records you already keep.
Modules extend Jewelry POS; none of them works on its own. An active POS plan is a condition of every module, and we say so at every point of sale.
Your existing roles carry over. If a manager cannot see another store's figures in the POS, the same is true in every module.
Modules are priced separately but billed together, on the same cycle as your POS plan. Add one mid-month and the change is prorated.
Turn a module off and the records it created stay with your account. Your POS is unaffected, and switching it back on picks up where you left off.
Module prices shown are placeholders pending final pricing. Every module requires an active Jewelry POS plan.
No. Modules read and write the records the POS keeps — your staff, your stock, your sales — so there is nothing for them to attach to on their own. An active Jewelry POS plan is required.
The module price is the same; what differs is what the core plan already includes. Commission tracking, for example, is part of the Professional tier, so HRM builds on it rather than adding it.
It is prorated to your existing cycle and appears on your next invoice. You do not get a second billing date to keep track of.
Each module is priced on its own, and adding one never changes the price of what you already run. Nothing is repriced because a new module shipped.
Trial arrangements for modules are still being finalised. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where that stands rather than guess on a web page.
Get the POS running on your own stock first. Modules are there when the business asks for them, not before.
